Subject: ISAC Congress President. & Data Standards Committee.. BD & Bill Gunderman, Purdue Cytometry Software Developers, Collsuion!
Since BD- Bill Gunderman Sent back our DISCS DYSTROYED we do not know
if the software was reverse engineered or where/who he delivered it
to..But obviously since there are still complaints about the issue we
resolved in the large FCS Files due to Memory it makes me wonder why
the collusion if we have resolved the Issue why not use our software
or maybe BD should consider the CODE!  What is the problem and why are
the LOCKING US OUT!

Let me make it very clear that we work hard to keep this list clean.

Collusion is an agreement, usually secretive, which occurs between
two
or more persons to deceive, mislead, or defraud others of their legal
rights, or to obtain an objective forbidden by law typically
involving
fraud or gaining an unfair advantage. It can involve "wage fixing,
kickbacks, or misrepresenting the independence of the relationship
between the colluding parties."[1] All acts affected by collusion are
considered void.[2]

WE HAVE THE ANSWER TO THE CODE! WE FIXED THE PROBLEM.

THE FCS CYTOPRO WILL NOT LOCK UP.

10 MILLION EVENTS BY 40 PERAMETERS AS YOU REQUESTED BILL!

I GUESS YOU JUST NEED TO CRACK OUR CODE?

IS IT NO LICENSE FEES BOTHERS THE PURDUE CYTOMETRY CREW

OR IS IT THAT IT IS ONLY $150.00 TO OWN?

REGUARDLESS STOP THE COLLUSION WE KNOW

 ADVERTISING IS NOT ALLOWED!

Afternoon flowers,

Having recently moved to Diva 6.1.1, we're experiencing some software
lock-up problems, usually after closing down CS&T, that require a
full re-install, which is becoming tiresome, and I wondered if any
others had experienced similar problems?

Wayne,

Yes, we also have experienced a similar issue.  After running CS&T,
we
cannot make any
changes (ie renaming specimens, experiments) we first have to exit
and
relaunch the
software.  Logging out does not work.  I have discussed this with our
local service rep
and also one of the software specialists who came in for local
training and demos, and no
one has offered a 'fix'.
